Earth is gone. Every breath out here is borrowed.

A multiplayer survival game set in our real solar system, at real scale, in 2183. Join one of three rival companies, fly Newtonian ships between the stations that survived, and build a base on the Moon, Ceres, Triton, Mercury or Venus. Keep enough air in the tanks to get home.

The setting UTC 2183 · 83 years after the Fall

A war ended in fire, and the sky closed over Earth.

Nobody goes home. The oceans boiled away, the ridges beneath them still glow on the night side, and whatever started it is still argued about in the station bars.

The people who survived were the ones already in space: engineers who could run and repair machines, but not invent new ones. Three companies rose from them, Ironwatch, Freehold and Aurelian, and each blames the others for the Fall. Meridian Transit, in orbit above the ruin, is neutral ground under the Meridian Accord. Out past it, the Moon belongs to machines that were sent there a century ago and now treat every human as a target, and Mars went silent long before anyone could land.

You sign with a company and arrive with its Transport, 100,000 credits and a suit that starts empty. The planets sit where they really will be in 2183, the clock runs at real time, and a trip across the solar system takes hours. Everything else, including your air, you earn.

What you do Six ways to stay alive

Fly it. Mine it. Build on it. Breathe.

Flight

Real orbits, real fuel

Newtonian flight with RCS, main and landing engines burning liquid hydrogen and oxygen. Every burn spends propellant, including flight assist. Plot a route and let the autopilot fly it, or take the stick at any moment.

Earth to Mars in under an hour on a direct burn
Descent

Orbit to surface, no loading screen

Drop from orbit straight onto terrain built from LOLA, Dawn, MESSENGER and Magellan mission data. Pin a landing site, hold above it, then bring her down on the gear.

Mining & industry

Real rock, real minerals

Ilmenite in the lunar maria, thorium in KREEP basalt, ice in the polar cold traps, nickel-iron and platinum in the belt. Capture asteroids with a Miner, or let your rovers dig, then smelt, refine and sell.

Rock is graded: a rich lot pays more
Construction

Command your claim

Fly a survey drone over your claim and order structures from the BUILD sidebar. Rovers build, mine, haul, pave roads and level ground while you plan the next expansion.

60+ structure types · up to 96 per claim
Life support

The debt comes due

Oxygen, water, food and radiation dose all run down. Solar flares, micrometeorites, heat and dust will find the weak point in your suit, your ship or your habitat.

Flares can kill anyone caught outside
Factions & crew

A shared, persistent war

Dedicated servers run one continuous solar system. Fly with your company, walk between decks in flight, and know your ship keeps flying its route and your base keeps working after you log off.

Target 32 to 64 pilots per server

Factions Choose one at registration

Three companies. One ruined world to blame.

Every pilot signs with a company. It sets the look of your ships, rovers and base kit, the jobs you're offered, and who will shoot at you. Ships and structures cost the same and perform the same for everyone; each company has one edge.

  • Your kit, everywhere. You build your company's base kit on every world, and your rovers and drones wear its colors.
  • Faction work. Contracts come from your own company, on the Jobs tab of your suit computer.
  • Open war. The companies have been fighting since the Fall. Outside station safe zones anyone can be attacked, and base defenses never fire on their own side. Mixed crews are allowed.
  • Neutral ground. Everyone docks at Meridian under the Accord for now. Each company's home station is next on the roadmap.
  • Research. Salvage Archive Cores and relearn what was lost, from cooled suits to Venus hardsuits. Signature structures are research-gated.

Worlds Heliocentric · real ephemeris

Base building Survey drone · BUILD sidebar

Land. Claim. Let the rovers dig.

Launch the survey drone and fly it over your claim. Pick a structure from the BUILD sidebar, place it, and your rovers do the building. Five pages: Core, Power, Life, Modules and Ground.

  1. Claim hub. Free, and one per world. It runs a 1 km radio sphere for drones and rovers.
  2. Stockpile. The first one is free and releases 200 Base Parts to build with.
  3. Power. Solar arrays, batteries and fuel cells, wired with poles and cables. Out past 5 AU the hub brings its own fission unit.
  4. Pressurized modules. Habitat modules, airlocks and tubes you can walk through. Fill them with 60 kg of oxygen and take your helmet off.
  5. Industry. Mining pads, oxygen plants, ice harvesters, a manufacturing plant that turns rock into parts, and research-gated smelters and propellant plants.
  6. Ground works. Grade and pave spline roads, level landing pads, and grow greens, beans, potatoes and wheat.

Signature structures need research and are limited to one per base. Base Parts sell at stations for 100 credits each; costs are prototype values.

Survival Suit Mk I · 400 Wh battery

Space is trying to kill you. Slowly, mostly.

Your suit, your ship and your base each keep their own books on oxygen, power and wear. Miss a payment and the vacuum collects.

8 minwarning

Solar flares

A few times a day, the Sun lets go. You get eight minutes to reach shelter, or thirty with a space-weather station at your base. The closer you are to the Sun, the worse the dose. Being caught in the open is fatal.

60 minper suit

Oxygen

Suits start empty and refill in two minutes inside a ship, station or pressurized module. Base air starts at zero, so you have to make it.

3patches

Micrometeorites

A hiss means a puncture. Patch it fast. Strikes can also breach module walls, and then a rover or your drill has to seal the leak.

700kelvin

Heat

Mercury's dayside cooks a stock suit, and Venus crushes one. Research cooled suits, hardsuits and pressure hulls before you go.

3needs

Thirst, hunger, dose

MREs, water pouches, trauma kits and anti-rad doses from station vendors and the clinic, or grow your own food and treat radiation in a medical bay.

±wear

Dust and cold

The suit battery heats and cools you. Moon dust grinds at the seals, so brush down at the suit stand and repair wear at the workbench.

Field guide Hold F1 in game for controls

Your first hour, without dying.

New to the system? Follow these steps from registration to your first breath without a helmet. Every key can be rebound, and gamepads and HOTAS setups are supported.

  1. Join a company

From the main menu choose Play, then Characters, then New Character. Pick a name (3 to 24 characters) and a company, then press Join & receive Transport. You get 100,000 credits and a kit of 4 MREs, 6 water pouches, 2 trauma kits, 2 anti-rad doses and two packs of seeds.

  2. Find your hangar

You wake in Meridian's arrivals atrium. Open the suit computer with Tab, go to the Station tab and choose Retrieve ship. Follow the hangar marker through the lift and corridors, then press E at the hatch and again at the pilot seat.

  3. Power up and depart

Press P for power, I for engines and R to request departure. The bay opens. Ease out on RCS with WASD, Space and Ctrl, raise the gear with PgDn, then press B to switch to Main.

  4. Take a job

Open the suit computer's Jobs tab. Your company posts Earth–Moon consignments (12,000 credits for a full Transport), a Mars survey and solar science runs.

  5. Plot a route

Open the navigation computer with M and pick a destination: Lunar Station, the Moon or the Earth L1 Field. Press J to cycle route styles. Direct is fastest; Economy saves fuel but can take hours. Press V to engage. Take manual control at any time; X cancels the route.
